Heavenly Delicious Foods is a catering and food truck business that specializes in: corporate events, weddings, private events, personal chef experiences, and festivals.

While we love to BBQ cater, we also have experience in preparing multiple genres of food including: Italian, French, Cuban, American, Mexican, and German! We look forward to helping your with your next catering event.

Fred has been learning his craft over the last 33 years starting in the kitchen watching his mother and grandparents cook some of the very same recipes that you can find on Heavenly Delicious Foods site like: Ribs, Lasagna, Mac N Cheese, Zucchini Bread, Carrot Cake, and Fried Apple Pies to name a few.

Taking it a step further Fred decided to pursue his passion by enrolling in Culinary School, these choices have really helped him with his creativity with recipes and further develop skills that layer flavors and make your taste buds dance!
